Improved Country/State mapping in SF

We implemented picklist States/Countries in Salesforce, which has caused a problem with name mismatch errors to LinkedIn. Better "fuzzy logic" to pick the best choice, or at least offer the user the option to manually pick, would be preferred to erroring out the entire save process.

This is still an issue, though it seems to happen less frequently (not sure why). But, I still occasionally get error kickbacks that states don't match the Salesforce prefilled list. PLEASE promote this.
